The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. The house is located in the Costa do Sol condominium, on the beach side, with security cameras and 24-hour patrols. The residents of this condominium are mostly families. The walk to the beach is very quiet (300 meters - 5 minutes) and the access streets are paved and flat. The house is one-story, the sun enters both bedrooms providing a feeling of comfort. The bathrooms are large and airy. The balcony is large, overlooks the lawn, and has a barbecue facilities and a sink.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
