The house is beautiful, well equipped, a large condominium and has everything nearby such as a market, bakery and shops in general. It's a little far from the beach, but with easy access by car. The beach is beautiful and has a great structure.

The house contains a great space both indoors and outdoors, kitchen, bathrooms and clean rooms. We had a very good service from both the homeowner and the owner, they did not leave to be desired in the communication or in the explanations to reach the site! Super indico !

The rental is a good value. The Condomínio Morada da Praia is close to the beach (at least for the houses that are closer to the entrance, such as Regina's). It's a huge condominium, with a good variety of shops. A safe and quiet place. Regina's house accommodates 4 people very well, with the necessary comfort. I don't remember anything missing. The pool is a highlight, with above-average measurements. I recommend it.

It is a spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view and privacy, there are no buildings in front. The condominium is excellent for those with small children, because even on a rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there is a certain musty smell), apart from the playground and courts. There is a 24-hour mini-market inside the condominium that helps a lot. There is a supermarket very close to the building and it is not far from downtown. 10-minute walk to the beach, quiet, but with a child or carrying a lot of things, it's better to go by car. Kind and attentive hosts, they respond quickly.

Amazing stay, and host as amazing as it is! Village gave us several tips and welcomed us very well. The loft is gorgeous, with a wonderful deck and a perfect view of the nearby creek. Sleeping with that sound was an incredible peace! We'll definitely be back.

The stay was amazing, nature everywhere, the house was very cute, tidy and cozy, the host left everything tidy for my arrival, communication with her was easy and I had all the necessary support, I highly recommend it for those who need to rest or just live a moment of peace and tranquility.

A quiet and delightful place to rest with lots of greenery, the sound of the stream, a spacious balcony and privacy! We spent most of the time outside the house enjoying nature and at night it was still possible to warm up by the fire and relax in the (huge) hot tub that worked well. Leticia was very kind and attentive, responding to us quickly. We loved our stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Regiane and Edu's house this weekend and we were extremely happy with our stay. It was an amazing experience, as it is an immersion in the middle of nature with access to the river and beach. In addition to being very well received by the couple, we felt at home the whole time. The place really is a paradise in the middle of the woods, with emphasis on the care and respect that the hosts have for the environment and make a point of sharing. For nature lovers, this place is ideal. Access is also easy: the street is paved and it takes about a 15-minute drive to the beach. The house has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay — it is just worth remembering that there is no TV or microwave. The river with direct access from the house is the icing on the cake. Thank you, Regiane and Edu, for hosting us with such dedication and affection. A big hug!

Worth every cent! The house is exactly like in the pictures, super wide and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen well equipped, I didn't miss anything. The rooms have air conditioning, but even in the room with the fans it is super pleasant in the heat. The beds and sofas are comfortable, we slept very well to enjoy the next day. Eduardo was flexible with the entrance and exit because he had no one before or after us, and this helped a lot because he was on the beach with children. Within the condominium, at the end of the street, there is a beautiful river that is well worth visiting. I recommend to anyone who is, take an anti-allergic and ointment beyond the repellent. I did not see any pernilongo there, the insect that pics is similar to a fruit fly, very small and hardly seen, but anywhere in the region it will have. The house is very good to go with the family, the place is quiet and very close to the center.
