Excellent studio flat, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Close to town centre and lovely surrounding countryside. Paul was a very welcoming and helpful host.

It was super cosy and a really lovely place to unwind, the little snug was our favourite room, plenty of films to watch or to cozy up on the sofa and listen to the rain. Plenty of taxis around to head into local town, Totnes (if you don’t drive). Hosts were perfect, really welcoming but also left us to get to know the area. Superb overall

I didn’t get to stay here unfortunately, as there was a road block on my journey late on the evening that I should’ve arrived, and I didn’t manage to navigate my way around it! But the thing to say here is that Francesca is a very proactive communicator and she had even been looking out for me arriving. Much appreciated, hope to stay another time!

We had a lovely stay, the flat was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we could require during our short stay. Amy was a lovely host, communicating quickly via Airbnb and left a good selection of info about the flat and surrounding area. There was adequate parking for the car and we were able to park up for a couple of days and enjoy what Totness had to offer. The town centre was a walkable distance, though up hill on the return. We found good cafes and take-aways for eating and lovely shops for browsing in. We enjoyed trips to both the Castle and the Steam Railway. We hope to stay again in the future.
