When we arrived we were impressed with how immaculate the place was. Location was good, except a bit too far to walk to Totnes town as we arent young anymore!! There wasnt one thing that David had not accommodated for at the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days away & are missing it now we are home. We found a lovely pub/restaurant within 5 mins drive of the place - The Pig & Whistle - Menu was superb, so we ate every night there after the first night of arriving where we had a chinese takeaway from Little Asia, also lovely. We would 100% stay there again if in the area. Thank you David, Regards John & Viv

I loved my couple of days at Francesca’s place - a small space - but beautifully private and peaceful. A bit of a walk (uphill) from Totnes but absolutely fine if you’re prepared for that and don’t have a big suitcase. There are buses which Francesca gives information about in advance. I particularly liked the corridor space - almost as big as the bedroom - perfect for stretches and yoga in the mornings! Also there was a lovely sunny evening and I could sit out on the step at the back door enjoying the secluded garden. It was a perfect stay! Thank you Francesca x

Just a short walk from the centre of Totnes the Loft is so tastefully decorated. Amy clearly is an artist or has an artist’s eye. Quirky prints and framed posters, lovely colours everywhere and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Watching a little TV upstairs with a glass of wine after walking the amazing trail to Tuckenhay was epic. So comfy and cosy. Can’t recommend the Loft highly enough. Go and then walk the amazing trail, go to the Saturday market and enjoy bohemian Totnes. We have . We will again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Stylish, light, and comfortable. Everything of fine quality. Sue made us feel genuinely welcomed. And was always quick respond if we needed help. Nothing really beats sitting on the decking underneath the apple tree in the dappled afternoon sun. perfect peace. You also you have all the delights of Totnes only ten minutes walk away. So much to do. Look no further.
