Some people have previously complained about the traffic noise. We were there at the beginning of March and with the windows closed it didn't bother us at all. The parking space is quite big. We had a 9-seater van, which fit there nicely. The gate is a little tight to maneuver through in a van, but we had no problems. All in all, we would definately stay at her place again.
