Great, comfortable space. Had everything we needed for a big group. Beautiful house and surroundings.

This by far is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We are SO thankful we found this place and were able to stay here. Such a peaceful place, stayed cool and manageable for a family used to A/C. The baby pack and play crib and high chair were such wonderful touches to have as well. Local restaurants in walking distance and just a short drive or train ride into central part of town. Beatrix was a pleasure to communicate with as well & went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home.

Great place for large groups of people. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need, from the washing machine to kitchen utensils to toys. We enjoyed the fact that there is also a garden and there is a dining table where all 20 people had space. The location is not quite optimal, there are only a manageable number of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that are not open on weekends.

In the middle of the forest, very quiet, perfectly equipped ( a larger fridge in the house would be helpful), heating easy to use. Sauna in the garden

We loved our stay at Beatrix’s place. The house has a beautiful layout and design. The extensive music collection is also a plus! It is a bit far from the city center but there is a bus stop not far from the house and we didn’t mind at all.

Incredibly nice charming house, full of character with a picture window overlooking a beautiful garden with trees, and we even spotted a squirrel climbing around. It was so nice to stay in a well-loved and cared-for house, which reminded me of the story "Tom's Midnight Garden". We were met by the owner and welcomed and shown around the house and our car had a place off-road to park. Regina was incredibly helpful, especially suggesting how to get to Vienna using public transport (so I didn't have to drive). She directed us to the tram stop, and the tram took us directly into Viena without needing to change lines. Instead of chairs facing a TV, the chairs focussed on a picture window which showcased the garden, letting us easily enjoy the in-bloom trees within. All-in-all, an extremely nice stay. Would happily return.

It all fit from start to finish. Communication has never been such a good base on airbnb. Also the house was so luxurious and lovely. Thank you very much for the great holiday experience

The house is spacious and a great place for groups to stay, I'm happy with it.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

We arrived with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The house with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms offered enough space and comfort for us. Our two vehicles had a parking space at the house. The terraces and garden offer pleasant retreats and the pool was a highlight for us. In the glazed front structure to the entrance, bicycles, stroller and other accessories had enough space. There are plenty of towels and bath towels. Christian is a straightforward and helpful host and is very quick to respond to all queries.

What an experience!!!! I absolutely loved being hosted by Michaela and getting to stay at her beautiful, love-full Airbnb. The place is vibrant and the host is an inspiration in herself thought the work she does and the life values she embodies in her life which reflection you can see and feel in her home. Amazing place and a fantastic host in Edi. He was in constant touch with us much before we arrive bed and ensured a perfect retreat for us. The service was par excellence and would highly recommend this for groups - family or friends.

Everything was perfect. Clean ,comfortable, host very friendly . A real little fairy tale as the hosts described it. 10/10 and we'd be happy to come back again 😄

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Great place and very fast communication!

Rarely have I felt as comfortable in an AirBnB as in the beautiful home of Alix and Günther. Very tasteful, it had everything you could have asked for and nothing too much. Very nice four-poster bed, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen with all that you could need, living room and dining table. More seating in the conservatory and in front of the house, but it was too cold for that. You can hike directly into the beautiful Vienna Woods. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The trip to downtown Vienna takes some time by public transport and the connection is no longer optimal in the evening, but that was clear to us before booking. Clear recommendation!
