Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet. Es hat alles was man für einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Balkon bietet einen super Blick auf die Berge und hat von morgens bis abends Sonne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle kleine Wohnung perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Leider sind die Gästekarten zu spät angekommen so dass wir die ÖV‘s nur bedingt nutzen konnten. War aber nicht die Schuld des Vermieters sondern die von Innsbruck Tourismus… Wäre besser die käme einen Tag vor Anreise. Alles andere war Top !

Fantastic apartment in a great quiet llocation. Very spacious with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is in walking distance to Old Town and most other Munich attractions. The apartment had a nice balcony over looking the river which was a great feature. Alice was a great host and always quickly available if you have any questions. Our family really loved the place and we would definitely stay here again!

In one word: excellent. A perfect place to stay at. Everything seems completely new, very modern, extremely spacious all around, beautifully furnished and a superbly equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from literally every window in the apartment. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Anja’s. The flat was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a short stay. Anja was friendly and helpful. It’s about a 7 minute uber ride into the city centre and there is a cute bakery round the corner from the flat and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Lovely , quiet location and we loved being in Augsburg. Thank you!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Es war eine super neue und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Sogar Spielzeug war da- genial. Besonders erfreut waren wir über die Getränke im Kühlschrank und die Kaffeekapseln. Alles ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Josef è stato fantastico, l'appartamento che avevamo era all'ultimo piano con balcone e con le montagne Alpenspitze e Zugspitze in vista. La casa è molto vicina al bellissimo viale Ludwig di Partenkirchen. La casa è ornata con delle bellissime particolarità e abbiamo avuto una calorosa accoglienza, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza dove ci è stato dato un piccolo regalino che terremo come ricordo. Posto consigliatissimo!

Ich war im März 2025 im Apartment. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, modern und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Bilder stimmen 1:1 überein. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben - es gibt einen Café Vollautomat. Maik und Penelope sind echt nette Gastgeber und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Bodensee fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Beim Bäcker nebenan gab es immer frische Brötchen (auch Sonntags auf). Ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank liebe Penelope für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. excellent logement. le.logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée et l'hôte habite au dessus. Très discret, réactif et très sympa. le logement est top, tout est compris on se sent comme a la maison. le grand terrain en herbe, le jaccuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment très appréciable en toute saison. le logement est à proximité de voiture de Lindau centre et très proche de toutes les attractions de la région. en conclusion ce logement était parfait pour un week-end prolongé en toute détente !

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.
