New apartment, all comforts, on the 1st floor of a farmhouse. Quiet place, located in a cul-de-sac, perfect for a family stay in the heart of Alsace. Close to Colmar and highway access, it is an ideal starting point for visiting Alsatian towns and villages, the Vosges, the vineyard, Europa-Park... The accommodation is accessible from a spiral staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome if they are used to living in an apartment.

LE GITE DE NIOBE quiet sunny in the village

Quiet accommodation. A beautiful equipped kitchen with a small bright living room. One upstairs bedroom in the attic with its own bathroom. The toilet is separate. Horses are in the spotlight in a green setting. In winter all the CHRISTMAS markets are close to ANDLAU The cottage is not suitable for small children who walk because the staircase is not secure. The pool cover is secure but there are no barriers when it is open.

We were very warmly welcomed by Elisabeth. The apartment was tiptop clean. Even drinks in the fridge, sweets and treats for the dogs. Elisabeth was always available. The apartment is quietly located and wonderful for relaxing. The amenities are great. You can make very nice excursions in the area by bike and car. We can absolutely recommend the apartment, especially with dogs. Thank you very much Elisabeth for the lovely stay with you 🤗

very comfortable bed, accommodating with a dog (special apartment with dog bed, bowls). we would have preferred a couch instead of two lounge chairs. but at least they were comfortable. clean, and the kitchen had most essentials (although oil was missing). very quiet side street, but still just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, supermarket. the communal lounge was very nice to work for a few hours after check out. self-checkin and goki app worked fine. highly recommend and would stay again.

We are 3 friends with a dog, in Arturo's apartment we found everything and also in addition to what was described in the listing. The area was quiet and close to the center. I had the great pleasure of visiting TheMAP during Easter week, and it was an unforgettable experience! Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic fire tent and the cozy barbecue evening in the garden, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The organization was excellent. We were welcomed by a very cozily furnished house with many small welcome gifts (thank you for these delicious cookies, dear Teresa) and immediately felt at home. We were particularly impressed by the nice neighborhood and the wonderfully equipped kitchen. The arrival and departure was totally uncomplicated and Teresa answered every question within 10 minutes. All in all highly recommended!
