Vacation rentals with a patio in Berlin

We spent wonderful days here. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and well appointed. Despite the central location, the house is very quiet. The bedroom is in the backyard, we could sleep with the window open. The nearby tram provides a short route to the city center. The Prenzlauer Berg S-Bahn station is also nearby. For our city trip it was perfect 👌 we will be happy to come back. Kind regards from the district of Rendsburg

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Milan’s place, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin. The area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and shops—there’s so much to explore just steps away. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful personal touches, making it a lovely spot to unwind after a day out. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Milan was easy and responsive. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! The apartment was fantastic, and our hosts made us feel very welcome. When the weather got hot, they even stopped by to see if we needed a fan - which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The area is great, lots of coffee spots, restaurants, places to grab a drink and an ice cream. Well located for the u-bahn, but we also ended up doing a lot of walking. If we came back to Berlin, we’d definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you!

this is a great base in Berlin... its a calming space, very spacious, comfortable bed, central location. the room is very bright in the morning, so bring your eye mask and all will be fine :)

Cosy and well equipped apartment in a great location, since its very close to the train station and a selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was communicative and easy to deal with. Would happily stay here again.

Honestly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space was so stylish and generously sized with a lovely balcony overlooking greenery. So many Airbnb properties in cities feel quite cramped but not this one. And Johannes was a fabulous host - helpful, friendly and with a great list of food and bar recommendations. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Berlin if we’re lucky enough to come back.

Very nice apartment, which is very modernly furnished. Easy access to the underground garage and from there into the apartment. Great for 2-4 people. We'll be back.

We had a dream weekend because the accommodation with a pool invited us to chill. Everything was perfect👍!! Everything was furnished with a lot of creativity and love, the garden is fantastically beautiful. We would come back again and again in the warmer season.

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, gladly again.

Hans-Joachim greeted us directly and warmly. Super nice hosts. The house is a dream, the pool and jacuzzi just a perfect quiet place to relax. We were on a business trip and combined it with our honeymoon. I can and will recommend it to everyone. The pool and garden are completely opaque from the sides. Simply feel good☺️

We felt very comfortable in Wanda's house and the children had a lot of fun with the toys in the house and garden. Subway and shopping are in the immediate vicinity and the lake is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😃

Nadja's apartment was very nice and clean. The key handover also worked wonderfully. The apartment is located in a small beautiful backyard and is therefore very quiet. The nearest subway station is still only 3 minutes away. I'd love to come back.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels. We loved this apartment. Very serene interior. Loved the light and space. Lots of living space. Good facilities and a wonderful kitchen.

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++
