It’s a beautiful home with all you need for a cozy stay with a partner or friend (it even comes with delicious coffee!) and it’s located in a nice part of the city where you feel safe. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

I had a wonderful stay at Jess’s place! She was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated—charming, cozy, and with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a central location, close to public transport and surrounded by great food spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. All the amenities were in great condition, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find lint rollers available—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

Parents came to visit Berkeley, the place was great for hosting them. Joe was responsive and the place was super clean and well equipped!

My husband and I drove up from LA for a wedding in SF (and an event in Oakland) and stayed at Suzanne’s place for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Proximity to both events was a breeze. The house itself was perfect — very clean and full of amenities. We also appreciated the smart TV and great doordash options for our relaxing first night after the drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Sunny Oasis is an accurate description! This home is very comfortable and nicely appointed in the heart of Berkeley.

This place really lives up to its name - Urban Oasis. It should have the word paradise added to the description. I was looking for a place to host international guests and wanted a place which they could rest and have some privacy as they recovered from jet lag. As a local resident, I found it hard to believe that such a beautiful location existed so close by. The backyard reminded me of Hawaii. It was so beautiful and serene. Albena has gone above and beyond with all her unique decorative touches, supplies for the home (from phone chargers to best selling books). We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was stocked with pots, lots of dishes, and cooking utensils and supplies. Albena was so warm and friendly and super responsive and had some great tips for what to do. I even learned a few new things. My guests would have been happy to just stay in the home and enjoy it rather than venturing out to SF. I've already recommended this place to friends. It's so delightful!

Oh my goodness! I can hardly believe we got so lucky to book this place for our trip to Berkeley. I'll definitely book again on our next visit. Location: AMAZING. Walking distance to groceries, Philz coffee shop, BART, restaurants etc. House: Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, multiple bathrooms, really comfy beds, basic necessities (towels, shampoo etc), low scent (huge plus if like me you suffer from asthma). Historic home in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. Wonderful communication from Scott, super friendly and accommodating. Stop your searching. Just book!

We had a nice stay at this very cute Airbnb. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze and getting to UCB is a short drive. We would stay here again.

Everything we imagined and wished for was at the Camppound. Our stay was delightful, cozy, fun, peaceful, Beautiful in and out nothing to want for everything was perfect. We would not not have been able to do all of the things and stay the length we did for if it wasn’t for your generous cost to us during my Granddaughters graduation from Berkeley University.we will all be forever thankful and grateful , you are truly the most wonderful caring people, we were surely blessed finding this wonderful oasis and would definitely do it all over again without hesitation. Worked for a family with three adult sons having a bit of time together. Nice combo of indoor and outdoor space.

My family stayed at the Airbnb while visiting Berkeley. The house had all the amenities, and is perfectly set up for kids (childproofed, books, toys, and crib), which worked out great while we were there with the kiddos. The place is conveniently located next to restaurants and stores, great for going out or cooking a meal at home. Would definitely recommend!

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.
