Due to its quiet yet central location, this apartment is also ideal as accommodation when taking part in seminars, during scientific research stays, as accommodation at trade fairs and during long-term outpatient clinic treatments in Bonn and the surrounding area. Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.
