Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
