I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Nous avons rencontré Jenna et son mari, qui étaient très gentils. Ils se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous et ils nous ont donné des recommandations de restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter!

As a former Long Beacher, I was excited to find Manuel’s place for my family’s stay after traveling up from the South. The house is well stocked and provides what you need as your home away from home. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurant, playground. Manuel was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with!

We had a staycation here and it was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the space, especially the view. The hot tub was great in the chilly nights, played in the game room a bit, cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed some meals in the dining room. Easy to find, but felt very private. Thank you for sharing the lovely place.

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Nick was a great host, very responsive and always happy to help. He made us feel right at home with helpful tips and a super clear house manual. Using the projector on the nights in was a treat, and we enjoyed surrounding bars and restaurants! I will definitely come back and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.
