Absolutely beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. It is truly special. Great location! Easy to get to Nyack’s shopping and restaurants. Place is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Vinnie was a great host. There was a minor issue with an appliance on site that we reported to Vinnie. It was an issue that he attempted to correct right away but it required some time. Even though, we insisted that it was okay and not an inconvenience, Vinnie went above and beyond to ensure that he tended to the situation. He went out of us way to ensure that we were satisfied. Even prior to the issue coming up. Vinnie answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The area is very scenic and very close to NYC. We would recommend this Airbnb to others.

She texts me all the information we needed and if i needed something else she was there right away. great host. The house was beautiful very clean, and spotless believe me i know. She had all the utensils and pots and cups everything, unbailable, she even had umbrellas. it was a beautiful house the two floors. My kids loved it and my 4-year-old grandson had so much fun with the toys she had. My oldest grandson loved the basement because he loved his privacy. Next time i go to NJ i will stay there definitely. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay! Kevin and Rachel were very responsive and understanding. The house and the surrounding forest are beautiful. It was the perfect space for our cozy friend reunion. The overall location was also good. Main Street and Nyack Beach State Park were a short drive away, and we found a good grocery store nearby as well.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

I stayed here with three senior aunt/uncles in their 80’s visiting NJ for a week to attend a family celebration. The house was comfortable and made it easy take care of family. Karen was super friendly, and I appreciated the early check in since their flights all arrived in the morning. I enjoyed cooking here, the kitchen was well equipped. Lounging in the basement together to watch a movie was relaxing, and the Roku had different streaming services…with no ads!! My mother came by to join us for meals, and she even used the massage table downstairs to reiki some of our visitors, nice bonus. And, I absolutely loved the vintage arcade game which made me feel like a kid again while I stayed up late playing. We didn’t take advantage of some of the other amenities like the workout area or firepit, but it was certainly worthwhile. Even my dog loved it!

My friend had a great experience staying at Luz’s place as it’s cozy and clean. The location is perfect for them as it’s 3-4 mins drive away from William Paterson University to take the 198 bus to the city.

Charlie’s place was located in a fairly safe area with good subway connections. The apartment was compact but we four could fit in it just fine. The price was reasonable considering that we were staying during the New Year holidays. Thank you!
