The couch in the living room can be pulled out to two comfortable sleeping places. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m. It has a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (for your usage only) as well as a west balcony. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
