The apartment is located in Bergedorf, in one of the greenest areas of Hamburg. The connection with public transport to the city is good, from Bergedorf to Hbhf in about 20 minutes. The apartment is located with a private entrance in a bungalow with a garden, at the end of a quiet street directly next to the forest, in a suburban location. There is a bedroom for two, shower room and kitchen pantry with table and chairs. The garden can also be used. A private seating area is available here. There are 1 cat and 1 dog.

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

On 75 square meters there are two bedrooms with box spring beds, a kitchen with upscale equipment, a bathroom with spacious shower and towel heating and a cozy living room with dining area and access to the balcony. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Apartment on the outskirts of Hamburg

Centrally and quietly located apartment for max. 3 guests. The box-spring bed is in the living room together with the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
