Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Charming, modern apartment with exclusive amenities, in Bergedorf's enchanting villa district, overlooking the wonderful garden, south/ west facing position. An absolute haven for relaxing, starting a business or working in peace. Surrounded by nature with the Sachsenwald, Bergedorfer Schloss, Bille hiking trails and waterways, many restaurants, cafes and shops. Quick access to the city center in 20 minutes, whether by S21 train or car, and the regional train once an hour in 12 minutes.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Our smart design apartment in the urban industrial area of Eimsbüttel, surrounded by industrial flair and vintage lifestyle. Easily accessible by public transport, with power connection for charging electric cars and private parking right outside the door. Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Natural materials create a particularly pleasant atmosphere where you feel at home – perhaps even a little better. Cosy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people complete the whole. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

A double bed of 1.60 m x 2.0 m with orthopedic mattress: for 2 people - next to a 2-seater comfortable sofa. On request, an additional mattress (0.90 x 200 m) can be placed in the apartment. Wi-Fi and TV with hundreds of channels via cable incl. Radio and CD players are provided.

Back to nature - living in a stylish wooden house, surrounded by nature. Away from the hustle and bustle. On the Heidschnucken hiking trail, lies this gem. Only 30 minutes from Hamburg. The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people.
