Definitely a quite and nicer area to stay. The farm restaurant up the road was delicious. Main grocery next door was great. Only issue was the Train station nearest us was down for 3 days maintenence. So we had to either walk 40min from the next closest or hop an Uber. Would absolutely stay here again and beautiful location.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in Birte's house. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very cozy and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet location in the middle of the countryside is particularly beautiful – perfect for unwinding and resting. Thanks to the direct access to the dike, you can spontaneously watch the ships and sheep passing by. The sauna is also a nice bonus (costs extra, but the price is fine). All in all, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We wanted a short break from city life and that is exactly what we got: picturesque nature in the area, wide fields, a beautiful old estate, where the apartment is located in the back, absolute silence at night, relaxing peace during the day. Henrike is a great and very nice host and the rest of her family is also very nice and helpful. We and our dog felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Michael's was just great! The place was not only exactly as described, but even better. Everything was clean, cozy and well equipped. Stefans place is great. Accommodation is very large and private and very peaceful clean and well equipped . The home has everything you need for long and short stay and it's lovely to be able to sit out in garden and relax in the evening. The property is 2 minutes drive to groceries stores and resturants and great location for anyone who does not want to be in the center of Hamburg but easy to reach in 23 minutes by car and local train and bus also available near by . Stefan is always available and very friendly and you need anything he always responds fast. I definitely recommend Stefans property and it feels like being at home away from home and really beautiful home. Thank Stefan for everything Will definitely come back again if in Hamburg.
