The stay was great! The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Castello, the cathedral and the park. The location is ideal: central yet quiet, everything is within walking distance. Communication with Silvia was also super friendly, quick and straightforward. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

It’s a great area and a beautiful home

The place was very nice, spotless, and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was well-heated, making the stay comfortable. However, if you're visiting for the view, keep in mind that on foggy days visibility can be very limited. Also, driving at night requires extra caution as the road is not well-lit. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, with each room getting a private one-hour slot per day, a great feature, although we wish the pool had better heating. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away, and the location isn't easily accessible by public transportation. It's a good option if you're seeking privacy and tranquility. Parking is available but is quite narrow and better suited for small cars. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth with clear instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return on a clear day.

Our stay at Paolo's place was lovely. The apartment is clean, well equipped and cozy :-) We felt comfortable. A bit of a pity is that you can't really ventilate because the windows are right at street level.

The apartment is stunning! And Lavana was just lovely, she helped and answered all the questions we had. There was even coffee and cookies in the apartment when we arrived and most importantly there is a beautiful view. The location is far from the city but there is a train station very close.

Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Great host, the place is very good for optimum 2 people :) the king size bed is confortable , the sofa is only great for hanging out in living room instead of sleeping on it ✌🏼the place is right on the street with one step in, recommend for people who don’t mind it but it super safe because there is a full protection outside of the whole enterance :) overall, loved the experience
