Monthly Rentals in Bere Ferrers

Last minute getaway for Easter and what a great choice. The cabin is compact, but full of warmth, light, peacefulness and charm. We had everything we needed in the accommodation and Sarah truly was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble if we needed her, but also respected our privacy and didn't disturb us. A lovely bottle of prosecco and home made cream tea was the ideal welcome too. The location was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and tranquil by the tidal River Tavy and plenty of walking from the door step. Would also recommend the train that passes through the village - we had a lovely day trip to Plymouth, but not enough time during our stay to take the train in the other direction to Calstock. Local pub was very welcoming and we had a lovely Sunday lunch there (advisable to book). We would highly recommend staying here and definately hope to return

What a fantastic accommodation choice. Brilliantly presented and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need. Dee and Steve were fantastic hosts, providing facilities above and beyond the normal. As we were walking the Tamara Way this provided a perfect stop off at the end of day two.

We had really great time at Gillian's place. Gillian is really nice host, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Annex was clean and had everything we needed and Gillian always asked if we needed anything. The farm is in a beautiful location - the views from the Annex are amazing, and Gillian gave us very useful advice how to get there. We would definitely come back and even stay longer as there are plenty of things to do and see in the area and Gillian's place was perfect base for us.
