Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

Two floor apartment Nieuw Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. The apartment is fully equipped, is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. A bike rental is nearby.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.

The studio is located in the quiet Zandvoort south, a 5-minute walk from the beach and dunes. Our guests greatly appreciate the perfect location. The studio was completely renovated in 2023 and has been given a different layout. The comfortable bathroom separates the living area from the sleeping area, which offers more privacy.
