Great stay and vacation in NW Arkansas. Aaron’s place was as expected, comfortable with more than enough room for two. Quiet street and easy access to a main thoroughfare through town. Aaron has done a great job setting up the house for renters.

Daniel’s home was a such beautiful retreat! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was wonderful to have a safe place to park our bikes. We LOVED kayaking each morning on beautiful Lake Ann right in the backyard. Daniel’s home is nestled among trees and rocks and the lake view is stunning. We saw a variety of birds, a fox and of course fish. Like many homes in Bella vista, the driveway is steep but Daniel’s clear instructions made parking easy. We would definitely return.

Julie’s place was perfect!! It was in a great location with easy access to the trails and restaurants. The fresh flowers from her garden were a special touch. Would definitely stay again.

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

This space was absolutely precious and comfortable. The quiet and country setting was excellent what we were looking for. The host was very easy to work with and answered any and all questions. We loved our stay so much we are planning to come back next year.

Great spot near coler park. Easy to find and safe parking. The bike storage is a big plus. The beds were a bit firm for my personal preference and a dining table would have been nice for games but we made it work.

Great place - the disturbance of other guest and pets if looking for quiet place look closely.

Fathers Day Weekend My dad and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb was clean, cozy and super comfortable just right for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better lots to do nearby and so much of it is walkable which made exploring very easy and fun. The area felt safe and charming and the host was great with communication. We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

Nice space, always love a washer and dryer, they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets, always a plus. Host responded quickly! I would definitely come back to this location

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.
