Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Benton

Whenever I come to LR I always book one of Laura’s properties. She’s a wonderful host! I have stayed in a total of four different ones and have never been disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange! The loft was clean, very nicely renovated, and had great access to Bathhouse Row. We would definintely stay again the next time we are in Hot Springs.

Great stop! Communication with Stephanie was excellent. She responded immediately to a question I had after we arrived. We had clear instructions on how to check in, which all worked smoothly. Loved the neighborhood, including the older building we stayed in...a lot of character. Everything was walkable for us, including a show at the Robinson Auditorium.....never got in the car once while we were there. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Little Rock.

The Mills-Davis house is amazing! We felt very lucky to be able to experience such history in this magnificent house. The location is perfect and the neighborhood very walkable to restaurants, shops and museums, and the river. It is beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, the towels fluffy and the house was immaculate! So many nice amenities included like really good coffee and umbrellas to use made our stay so comfortable. Will definitely be back to stay on our next trip to LR.

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Very clean and comfy place to stay! We had a small issue with the WiFi, but they came out to fix it right away! I was very impressed. I would stay here again for sure.

Never have I been to a place out of my home state and instantly felt at home. Erin’s house is one of the coziest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! A beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and most importantly, very clean!

Perfect getaway from all the noise of city life. This is the location you want to go if you need to relax and enjoy some time away in beautiful AR. Kelly is the best host, very responsive and super laid back. Will return for sure!.

Our family of 6 had a great time at Julie's. The place was the right size, and we enjoyed the peaceful, smaller lake experience. If we return to the Hot Springs area, we will book this place again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful cove, fairly quiet with occasional hwy traffic noise not but super loud. Very convenient location with a nice little patio on the water ideal for a quick little getaway

I would highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The location was very peaceful. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings for my devotional and in the afternoon as well. Amy was very helpful and always willing to help with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a great time at the condo, especially sitting looking out over the river. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Jess was very easy to deal with. A lovely stay.

Fabulous place!!! We needed a place to stay for one night and I was tired of the same hotels. This was a fantastic place. So glad they allowed a one night stay!!! The pool, the view, the location was superb! On our list for camp pick up and drop off next summer!!!!

The condo was just as described. Location was great. Great view, close to different things to do.
