Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bensafrim

Wow, just wow! We loved it! The location was incredible, right on the sea. We saw dolphins one day and could watch the surfers and swimmers. We swam every day ourselves, walked locally and barely used our hire car as there was so much to do. The shops and cafes were nearby including the amazing restaurant above the fish market. We hope this fabulous little house will never change as we'd love to come back again.

Fabulous house for a group or large family. Everything is so beautifully done and Melina is obviously an interior decorator because the small things mattered. Same single problem as every other reviewer is "the bells" {of the church, Igrela de Mexilhoeira} but Melina cannot do anything about that. Great accommodation, great location, great hostess.

We had such a lovely stay! Perfect location and the accommodation was great with all amenities. The garden area is amazing with the added extra of the hot tub - sun all day and enjoyed fish on the BBQ in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better! Recommendation for local food was just round the corner at Taberna Vicentina restaurant. So good! Iguana cafe is worth a visit… sit out on the terrace with great views across the bay. We also walked around to Praia São Rafael and had a great pizza and drinks over looking the sea from the terrace at il Borgo. The accommodation is a very short walk into the main Old Town and the beaches. I met Carlos briefly and he was a lovely guy. Thank you for letting us stay, we really did have a great time.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Rafa! The house is clean, large and practical. The kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is a peaceful oasis (which is also safe for children - away from the busy street). Rafael has been a wonderful host: discreet but always available when we needed some tips to get around. We definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the location of the Trendy House right in Old Town — easy stroll down cobbled roads, street after scenic street, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely have your espresso and breakfast at Coffee and Waves around the corner, friendliest staff! The Trendy House is small but good use of space. Wood counter for bathroom vanity is starting to absorb water and lose its finish, but otherwise the place was in good condition. The beds were utilitarian, not luxurious but were comfortable and firm. Excellent shower and cute balcony; we used the washer and hung clothes to dry. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and the location can’t be beat in Lagos!!

We stayed six nights at Celisa's, we had a very good time. The house was spacious and clean. The outdoor garden is gorgeous. Celisa was always very kind and helpful.

A very enjoyable stay. Thylbert was very welcoming and responsive when we needed help. Although we were staying out of season ( December) we were provided with wood for the fire, a gas heater and electric heaters to take the chill off the evenings.The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the centre of Silves. Lots of eating options. Parking is on the street but better to park at the bottom of the hill 3 minutes walk away. Beautiful coastline about 30 minutes away by car. Spent the days walking so didnt spend any time in the lovely garden.

Check-in is very easy and the hosts are very accommodating. Fatiti was very responsive to the messages sent. The accommodation is very bright and spacious, we felt very good there. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Henrique's apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the neighbourhood very quiet. The location is excellent for exploring the old town and for access to the beach. Parking was readily available. Henrique met us on arrival and was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the sunshine house !! It has everything necessary and is situated within walking distance from the center of Sagres, the beach, the harbour, everything! Liz and Virgilio are really nice people, always ready to help or give recommendations. We felt really relaxed and enjoyed a lot the region. We definitely recommend and would love to come back :)

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

It’s hard to say just a few words. we love the apartment so much we could see ourselves living in it. wonderfully laid out, wonderfuly decorated, artistic. Two small terraces are a wonderful addition. And for a chilly January they found wonderful ways to help us warm up the apartment. Also, it’s a great location for exploring all of Lagos from the old town to the beaches and the Cliffs overlooking them.

My teenage kids and I stayed at Teresa’s apartment and had such a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we did a lot of exploring. Close to beautiful beaches and incredible hikes along the coast. Recommendations for places to visit and to eat were on the mark. Teresa was so kind and helpful. We definitely recommend and hope to be back for a longer visit!

Very nice apartment. We had a good 4 nights. Pretty, well decorated, and everything you need (towel, towel, shower gel, toilet paper, sponge,...) It was too cool to enjoy the pool, but the setting is perfect. The apartment is located on the heights of Albufeira (it makes the thighs work...) Susana is very responsive, and very nice. We recommend 200%

We had a lovely week in the apartment. It was so well placed for the beach, boardwalk, and marina. Pedro was very quick to respond to questions, which put our minds at rest. The complex itself is lovely and the restaurant on site is open until 11pm which was great as we arrived very late and hungry! Lagos is a lovely place and we had a fabulous time and would love to return.

Wow!! What an amazing place! One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in! The photos don’t do it justice! So much nicer!! Super clean, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, fantastic rooftop terrace, and gorgeous beach views! The location is fantastic, literally a two minute walk to the beautiful Meia Praia beach. Carolina is so friendly and was super attentive during our stay! Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!!

Amazing stay at Lisa’s apartment, it fitted myself and my family of 6! We were all very comfortable, we enjoyed the closeness of old town and there was sooo much to do and everything was right at the doorstep. Check in was so easy and Lisa thought of everything in the apartment, it was brilliant and so clean. We will definitely be back

Vladimir is a very good host. He always helped us and also gave good tips for the area. He brought a small gift for our 3 children and us. The accommodation is ideal for families, also with use of the indoor pool simply great. The facility itself is for families 1 A. Thank you Vladimir to you and your family.

Well this was a beautiful spot , so nice and clean and the apartment was well stocked , and close to everything, would recommend this place for sure ! Loved it !

We absolutely loved our stay at Robin and Sónia’s apartment. The place was beautiful, with easy access and just a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool was fantastic, and with the sun shining all day direct to the pool, it was perfect for a relaxing sunbathe. We would definitely return!

Great location with pool and gorgeous beach, calling trails along the coast and a nice walk or short Uber downtown. Parking space is provided. Nice balcony with a bit of sea view. A restaurant called Mar is just on the way downtown and has amazing food and even better food… the best meals we had in Portugal by far.
