On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and connects easily to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Outside, the villa truly shines. The private pool has two areas: a shallow section ideal for children and a deeper area with a diving board. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a dining area with table and chairs. An interior patio with barbecue invites long, relaxed meals. The property is accessed through a private gate (shared with the owners’ residence) and offers secure, free parking for multiple cars right next to the villa. BEACH HOUSE • Oasis • 50m to Dream Beach

Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cozy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the first floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas, as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, rental of kayaks and paddle boarding and freshly caught fish are sold. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.

This stylish unit is perfect for relaxing as it has a south-facing balcony with all day sun exposure where you can sunbathe & refresh yourself with the tropical shower. From the bedroom there is a little balcony with a partial seaview.

It's a great place to relax - quiet and with a beautiful view over the town. You'll enjoy a typical Portuguese home, with an open-space designed interior, fully equipped kitchen and a wood-burner for the winter months. The beach is in walking distance, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Please notice our maximum capacity of two adults & two kids.

CASA FEE on the West Algarve

Our vacation home CASA FEE has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher available), flat-screen TV with DVD player, double bed (1.60 m) and a single bed (1 m x 2 m) on a small gallery. Another, narrower bed (0.8 m x 2 m) would be available for a child. Our cottage is very quietly located on the sunny edge of the forest outside the village of Pedralva (within walking distance there is a very delicious restaurant, a pizzeria, and a café with evening bar service).

Casa Mira is a lovingly furnished, quietly located, family-friendly vacation home in the western part of the beautiful Algarve. The kitchen was newly installed in early 2026. The mattresses and toppers are also new. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, a Bialetti electric espresso maker, as well as a standard coffee maker and toaster. Below the house is an idyllic water lily pond.
