Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children to be well settled on the first floor… The hospitality is both warm and respectful of the hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, everything was as described. The baby supplies were very helpful. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because the weather was unpredictable but it still allowed us to discover the surroundings and there is plenty to do. We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

We had a great time in La Rochelle. The apartment is very well located, very close to the Old Port and in a rather quiet area, not to mention the reserved parking space which is really appreciated. The interior is functional and matches the listing description, it feels good. I would highly recommend it!

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

We had a pleasant stay. Small but functional accommodation. Just a downside for the lack of parking and everything is paid in the area, but hey, the landlord is not to blame, It is the policy of the city which increasingly restricts car access in the city.
