We were kindly welcomed by the owners. The accommodation is quietly located, the garden is large for playing and relaxing, the pool is refreshing in summer. The house is very functional, nicely decorated. The owners are extremely nice, communication with them was very pleasant. The little extra: their dog Runny! It's a property to have in your logbooks!

We had a great time at Anne's. The house is very nice and functional. We enjoyed the unoverlooked terrace and the free loan bikes are a plus and allowed us to take beautiful walks in this beautiful region. The accommodation is close to the center of Coulon and quiet. The bedding is good and there is no noise! We would definitely recommend this listing!

Estelle's accommodation is quiet along a very nice river for resting even if I was there for work it allowed me to relax in the evening I recommend it to all nature lovers in addition Estelle is a very nice host. I would definitely recommend this place if you're going to the Niort side.

Excellent smiling welcome, friendly and attentive from Anne Sophie. Our accommodation, a charming market garden house tastefully restored, offered us calm and comfort. Saint Sigismond is an extremely peaceful little village. Nothing but moments of sweet tranquility to contemplate the dance of the swallows above the large garden, to capture in the evening the hooting of an owl, to nibble a few grains of the vine that runs along the facade... Anyone looking for proximity to nature will find something to satisfy them here. The Autize pier, a three-minute walk from the house, allows you to take beautiful exotic and informative walks amidst very rich fauna and flora. It is also a restaurant offering simple meals to enjoy in a relaxing and friendly setting.

A dream week for us and our dog. Spacious, very well-equipped house offering a large, fully enclosed outdoor area. All in a charming little village, by the Sèvre. Good stay in the Poitevin Marsh and also very close to the Ocean. Really a good place! We'll come back and if possible to Laura's.
