Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

One is yours (the one is on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other for other guests (on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance). The terrace has each individual and the garden is shared. The owner's home is located in a neighborhood.

Come to our apartment in Labské pískovce. It is located in the middle of the largest sandstone canyon in Europe in Dolní Žleb. Elbe sandstones are one of the most beautiful climbing areas in our country. Mountain climbers, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers will find something to do here. Five kilometers from us is Hřensko, the entrance station to Pravčická brána. You can go to Děčín for culture and entertainment by bike, train or car.

The house is located on a dead end street, so a quiet place. There is a shop and a restaurant right in the village. There is a comfortable journey to Děčín, which takes 5 minutes by car, but it is also possible to travel by bus. The nearest swimming is 4km to Stará Oleška , where you can even have lunch. Great place! Loved the sauna and the fireplace, the bed was really comfortable and it was so relaxing to be in nature. Only recommendation, It has a Nespresso machine but no stores nearby sold pods so if you're a coffee fan I'd suggest bringing your own pods! We had a brilliant trip

The accommodation is something special, as it is an elaborately renovated farmhouse. But it has also remained a farmhouse and is in the middle of nature. Therefore, you should not be afraid of insects, etc. For us, it was just the right change without having to sacrifice the comfort of a great bath and good beds. Nice that Viky got something like that. We felt very comfortable with 10.

The place is as in the pictures. The apartment is very large and the absolute highlight is the associated terrace. We felt very comfortable! Communication with Petra was hassle-free. She sent us the most important information in advance, check-in was easy and Petra gave us some tips for our stay. I highly recommend the place! :)

We stayed two nights over Pentecost for hiking in Bohemian Switzerland. The small cottage is absolutely quiet on a beautiful forest clearing between Jetřichovice and Všemily. It is cozy and very functional, it has everything you need. For toddlers, there are plenty of toys for indoors and outdoors. A highlight after a long hike is also the oven and the tub, even if we didn't need them. We liked it very much. The hosts are very, very friendly and attentive. ❤️

It was pleasant to stay at the apartment. Franz responded quickly to questions. The location is very quiet, on top of the mountain, about 20–30 minutes walking distance from the train station and the center. The fridge was full – with chilled water, even wine and small sweets. Everything looked very inviting. Thank you! ☺️
