We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

We (four people) had an amazing time in Heather's beautiful loft. It is very cozy, bright and surrounded by nature. There is an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, a big table for dinner and some armchairs for relaxing. The concept of two beds on the upper floor of the living room worked very well for us as it still feels private. The area is very interesting with a national park (Sassi) close by for hiking and the cities Modena and Bologna within one hour of driving by car. That's what we did during our stay :-) Heather is a really nice and helpful host. She gave us some advice in what to do around and was always within reach when we had a question. Thanks!!! We would definitely recommend staying at Casa Fil. Just keep in mind: The stairs to the beds on the upper floor are quite steep.

Annalisa and her husband, Michele, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even helped me get boxes for shipping and drying my clothes. The space is super clean and well organized. They have thought of everything. The mattresses were very comfortable and the space is peaceful. We slept really well. I highly recommend staying here!
