Siamo stati ospiti di Wim per un’occasione speciale e la nostra permanenza è stata ben oltre le aspettative! La villa offre una vista spettacolare sia sui monti che sul lago, offre una bellissima piscina con sdraio a disposizione, una vasta parte verde in cui rilassarsi e molti posti letto per passare del tempo in compagnia! Consigliamo a tutti questi soggiorno! Wim è un host attento e premuroso, super reattivo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Lo ringraziamo perché ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logge dont les prestations sont vraiment de qualités. L’environnement est sublime, la vue exceptionnelle depuis le logge et depuis la piscine. Calme absolu, appartement très propre et bien équipé, à notre arrivée un panier de petit déjeuner était prévu, ainsi qu’une bouteille de prosecco. Très appréciables attentions après un long trajet. La région est magnifique et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principales villes aux alentours. En outre Andrea qui s’est occupée de nous a toujours été extrêmement réactive et enthousiaste. Nous recommandons vivement! Parfaitement adapté pour une famille.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

Casa ampia, pulita e comoda, host gentile e precisa, zona ideale per visitare Assisi. Tutto eccellente.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
