We were guests of Wim for a special occasion and our stay was well beyond expectations! The villa offers a spectacular view of both the mountains and the lake, it offers a beautiful pool with deck chair available, a large green part where you can relax and many beds to spend time together! We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

The place was a dream everything was perfect, the only thing was the way there very narrow and steep dirt road, but otherwise everything was great otherwise 😍👍🏻

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
