It's really good value for the space and price in a county, and the car can enter for easy access, and the seat is on the first floor so you don't have to worry about the elevator!

I really like this location. Close enough to most things without being too crowded. Many good restaurants in the area. Building is well maintained.

I stayed here for one week with my family.Huyen is a very great host must try her stay for your.trip. Whatever you need just tell her she would help you out. Beautiful house and location. Everything is very close and free bus service available from here to anywhere just call Huyen to get all informations about it.I really enjoyed my whole trip Would love to come back again .

Host: Extremely responsive and helpful. I even reveved some flowers on International Women's Day which was a lovely touch :). Location: Very close to the airport. New building. High security (everyone needs an access card to access the upper floors). However, it is also close to the Army Theater (totally my fault for not doing enough research) so you would still hear music from your room (8th floor) almost daily. Just an fyi. Room: Clean, cozy, spacious, well organized. All amenities worked great. Overall: good value for a short stay. If your stay is longer than 3-4 days, the taxi cost to get around other parts of the city could add up quickly.

Good price. Central location in district 1. The place is a one bed room with kitchen. Clean and tidy. Looks exactly like photos. The host is helpful and friendly, and allows mt to check out late due to ny flight time. Will stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh.

Convenient location right next to the mall and Metro. Check out the amazing Mega Market on the opposite side of the mall for all sort of home supplies! Will definitely book again next time in town!!

I had a mixed experience at this property. The flat was luxurious with exceptional facilities and stunning views, which earned it a 5-star rating in my book. However, the logistics of getting luggage from the entrance to the flat were a major hassle due to the no-vehicle policy inside the premises. It would be great if this could be considered for future guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

This studio is definitely a step up in quality compared to a typical Airbnb. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into the details..mattress quality, wardrobe, outlet location and the really nice bathrooms. These appear to be newly built, it was nice to stay a clean, new place. The hosts are super friendly. And the location is perfect for exploring District 1. When i come back to HCMC, i will definitely stay here again.

The hosts are great, really proactive and kind! The place is a good especially if you just need a day or two to stay in HCM! The nearest coffee shop just around the corner is a gem! The vietnamese coffee and tea is a lovely touch to help you officially welcome in the city.

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.

Lô was a very friendly and flexible host. I asked her if I could store my luggage prior to the check-in time and she just let me check in early since the room was ready! The location is great, plenty of good dining and shopping within walking distance. I'd highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.
