Sunny Studio apartment with terrasse, splendid view on the river Aare in an old newly renovated chalet in the museum area of Bern. Situated as close to the river and nature as to the center of Bern, reachable within 5 minutes walking distance over the lovely Kirchenfeld bridge. Museums, shops and beautiful restaurants are reachable at even shorter walking distance. The apartment is completely private, for your own use.

The apartment is a nice and small flat in a Suburb of Bern. Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. We offer - two bedrooms - living room with kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) - laundry (washer+dryer+iron) - garden - pool (not heated) - outdoor dining table - parking for 2x vehicles - towels, bedding - Nespresso, tea - 1 crib & 2 chairs for infants We don't include breakfast.

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

The detached house has 4 bedrooms, a living and dining room, 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), a kitchen, coffee machine and an office. In addition to the 2 balconies, you will also find a beautiful garden with a sauna, berths and a barbecue available all year round.

The cozy studio on the garden level invites you to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Emmental hills. Ideal for couples and business travelers, the studio offers a large covered terrace with stunning views. Located in a quiet residential area, you are only 10 minutes from the train station and find shopping and hiking trails nearby. Occasionally, you can even watch dairy cows in the immediate vicinity.
