Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Maite is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described and is very clean and well presented. The apartment has everything you need - we stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It is located in the centre of Oviedo with shops, restaurants, buses all within walking distance. We will book again when we return to Oviedo.

Super recommended, from the first to the last day Carlos has always been attentive and responded quickly to my needs, the house is super modern and is super well distributed, and has incredible views of the estuary and the mountain!! You have EVERYTHING less than 5 minutes away, supermarket, kiosk, bars and downtown!!! Even the bus and Renfe station is 2 minutes away. I will repeat 100% with this lovely apartment and friendly owners ✨

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

Without a doubt, it was the best place I've ever stayed in. I felt right at home. I highly recommend it, especially if you like peace and quiet and beautiful mountain views. They were very good hosts and I'm really grateful to them. Wonderful.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for your stay. A very positive point is the parking space they have. Oviedo's downtown is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Undoubtedly, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

The hosts were lovely, they helped us a lot when it came to getting around, it was very conveniently located. They recommended several plans to do with our little one. The views are impressive, several beaches very close, everything great, we have not lacked anything, thank you.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
