Townhome vacation rentals in Bellevue

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

We would definitely come here again. This townhome is perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. So clean and walkable to a grocery, many restaurants, public gardens, and nightlife. We are so glad we chose this one for our first visit to Seattle.

We had a great time at Ashley’s place. The house is very well decorated, cozy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Very well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Instructions to find the house were very clear. We had two cars and we had no problem finding parking spaces. Very close to downtown Kirkland and easy access to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again.

Carrie's place was great! The place was really clean and cozy, and equipped with really nice appliances. It's also located in such a great spot, beautiful nature around and easy access to public transportation. Carrie was also very helpful and a great host overall. Would highly recommend!

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

My husband and I rented Allen's place because it was close to our son's home in the Lynnwood area. The duplex is lovely, comfortable, very clean, quiet, and with all the necessities that you need. Allen is a great host, communicative, responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Nick was very communicative and responsive. We had a great 4 night stay. The location is excellent and the space had everything we needed. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants are a very short walk away. We did not park a car but whenever we called an uber they were always close by. Very clean place and convenient. Nick was friendly. All around a terrific place!

Dre was a wonderful host. We are in Seattle for our grandson at the Children’s hospital and I had to make changes to my reservation and Dre helped when she could. The house does truly feel like home away from home. The kitchen has everything needed and large washer and dryer was a huge bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice area that was close to so many outdoor activities and to downtown without being congested. The beds were fabulous and the and the place was well appointed.

we picked Elena's place based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The host did a great job designing and furnishing the house. the kitchen is well appointed and the washer dryer worked great. the only thing is that this is a 3 story apartment and you also have to climb up a level to arrive at the first level. so if you have trouble climbing stairs, it might be difficult. but that's the nature of a house on a hill. overall we enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay at Elena's place again.

We had a great stay and are happy to give 5 stars! The apartment is beautiful and very well located—close to everything you might need. The hosts were especially wonderful: super responsive and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. Just a few small things to keep in mind: parking can be a bit tricky, and during the first couple of very hot days, the apartment was quite warm and not very comfortable. Although an AC is listed, it only works as a heater, which made cooling down difficult. Once the outside temperature dropped, the place was very pleasant. Also, the bed is on the smaller side in both width and length—so if you’re tall or used to more space, it might be a bit tight. Overall, it’s a lovely place with excellent hosts, and we really enjoyed our time here!

The perfect place to stay with babies! The hosts were incredibly accommodating for setting the house up for our babies, and even found an extra high chair and infant tub for us. They also surprised us with some extra treats for our anniversary. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay with Courtney! The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, just 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. I especially enjoyed the morning breeze and the peaceful 10-minute walk to the beach. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely love to revisit!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!
