Apartment vacation rentals in Bellefonte

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and Wendy made our experience a positive one. She met us upon our arrival, and she provided us with clear entry instructions prior to our arrival. She also had written instructions posted within the apartment when additional explanations were necessary. Everything about the apartment matched its Airbnb description. We would definitely stay with Wendy again, and can with confidence recommend the property to those considering a stay with Wendy in the future.

The house was beautiful and the accommodations were terrific. Everything was brand new, and it felt so cozy and comfortable. The outdoor views were gorgeous, and it was so close to Beaver Stadium. I’d highly recommend this property, and I plan on staying here again.

The apartment was charming on a quiet street abs was decorated wiry lots of Penn State pictures and even reproduction of the Lion Shrine ! Leroy and Kelley were very responsive to my questions and flexible as we added our daughter to the trip who slept very comfortably on the apartment couch. Special treat was a picture of Penn State’a only Heisman Trophy winner John Cappaletti who also went to my high school (Monsignor Bonner.)

Joseph is a great host; he offered excellent suggestions for local hikes, attractions, and restaurants. His place was spotless, and it was stocked with a nice selection of coffees and snacks. Mills Springs is a perfect location to explore the Central PA mountains; the Poe Valley Area is remote and beautiful; there is a scenic easy hike around Colyer Lake, which is only 15 minutes from the cabin. The location is ~20 minutes from State College and 25 minutes to a charming small town called Bellefonte. I highly recommend Joseph as a host and his cabin as a place to stay for a relaxing visit to the central PA mountains.

Irina’s place has been the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far (and we’ve been on a road trip for the past couple of months). She was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself is spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and even includes an office room, which was a huge plus. We had an amazing stay right up until the very end, when the washing machine unexpectedly stopped working. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, it seemed to be a software issue that required more time and expertise to resolve. We felt bad that Irina had to deal with this, especially with another guest checking in on the same day we checked out. Despite the inconvenience, she remained respectful, kind, and professional throughout. All in all, we’d recommend this place 100%. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a fantastic choice!

Went to Lock Haven for my daughter's graduation from Penn State. State College was just a short drive, so that worked out great. The room was fabulous. Such great view from the back porch. Susan was a great host. Responsive to texts/calls. I definitely will stay there again if I'm in the area.

This was our second time staying at John’s house and we would love to return again for our next PSU event. The property is exactly as advertised. It is extremely clean, has a super easy keyless check- in process and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras (water bottles, sticky buns, toothpaste, Tylenol, keurig coffee, shampoo, and tons more). It is a 30 minute drive to State College and I definitely recommend staying here for any PSU event.

We absolutely loved this place, I was really relaxed and at peace, very clean didn’t want for anything in the home Amos was on point with this beautiful spacious home , it was a home away from home I loved it and can’t wait to stay again ❤️

Alex’s place was great! He was very responsive and it was extremely clean. The place looked just like pictures. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

We visited the area to attend a graduation at Penn State and it was the perfect place to stay. Amy and her husband were so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They were thoughtful with prepping the apartment with some toys for our toddler as well as setting up a pack n’ play which made our stay so smooth. We were minutes away from the Penn State campus but the neighborhood was still quiet. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quaint, comfortable place near campus.

Greg's place was a perfect base for a weekend trip exploring the area's amazing trout streams (though it would take a lifetime to fish them all). The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities described. Thanks, Greg!

Great place and great location in State College. Tony is a great host, place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed staying at his place during Penn State University graduation weekend. Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful. Clean and well kept. Comfortable and Quiet. All the pictures are exactly what we encountered. Considering it was both Penn State Graduation and Mothers Day Weekend - everythng was booked - we were so happy to get this place and we felt the price was worth it! I would 100% recommend your stay here and we will return when visiting family again.

clean quiet just what I.needed

Nice little apartment for my son's weekend college tour at PSU. Definitely an off-campus housing with other students living there that added to the vibe that he would get if he ended up coming here. Clean and well appointed. Walking distance to the school and the town. Bonus parking in the basement.

Would 100% recommend staying at Michelle’s if you are in the area and do not need a full kitchen (microwave, toaster oven and fridge are available). We were in town for a night and had everything we needed and more. Wish the weather was slightly warmer to enjoy sitting out back but we were able to enjoy the hot tub.

This property was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. Nestled at the top of a mountain with incredible views along the ride up. The beds are comfortable, and all the attention to detail is just perfect. Definitely feels like a home away from home. Excellent stay!

We stayed here for the Penn State playoff game and it was perfect. The location is near the stadium and its easy to get there and back from downtown after a night out. Its a beautiful and comfortable place with a fantastic fireplace and TV. The kitchenette is a nice touch. It is perfect for couple or a few friends on a PSU weekend. Ryan was also extremely helpful, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!
