Don't hesitate, stop and enjoy Christine is a great person, very welcoming, very friendly, very attentive, a TOP hostess Despite catastrophic weather, we felt very good in this beautiful house, comfortable, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, frankly like at home Very good quality bedding, everything available (bed linen, towels, coffee, cleaning products, even sauces in the fridge, etc.) Beautifully sized rooms, with a bathroom (jet shower) Need we say more? Oh yes, the large garden and the beautiful terrace, where, despite the weather, we were able to have an aperitif. Thanks again Christine, unforgettable Easter weekend and a human encounter that we will not forget @ soon

Very nice accommodation, very close to the shopping center, the highway and 15 minutes from the futuroscope, well equipped, well decorated with all the necessary equipment.

The house has lots of charm and we had a good night there. Nothing is missing: towel, sheet, coffee and tea including Poitevin cakes offered by Isabelle😋. In short, everything was perfect.

Suitable for 1 or 2 nights for a family or more for two There is only one large room. The situation in relation to the futuroscope is ideal. Pets are allowed with the consent of the owner. There is a walking path 2 minutes walk away, that's perfect. Overall we had a nice stay.

Kath was a super host, and has done a wonderful job renovating the house. The setting is picturesque and an all around great country escape.

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

Sophie (and Craig!) were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home straight away. Given how cold it was they made sure the log burner was lit and going before we arrived, and provided a lovely hamper for breakfast. The setting is idyllic and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around us. At this time of year there isn’t a massive amount of stuff going on, but can def see the appeal of the pool and the nearby lakes once the temperatures start to rise! Would happily revisit in the future 🙂

Perfect, perfect, perfect! We have had the most amazing week at Lilac Cottage! Phil & Maggie were amazing hosts, very attentive, and absolutely lovely. The cottage was gorgeous with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was also lovely and private and the selection of pool toys went down a treat with the kids. Maggie was always on hand if we needed any recommendations of where to go to see the local area . Overall a fantastic stop off as part of our mini French adventure. Would highly recommend!

The house is very nice, very well-equipped. We had a lovely stay, very quiet. Nearby tours and hikes are available. Rebecca was always responsive to our questions.

We fell in love with this cute little house, equipped with every comfort. The environment is very quiet and the host is very responsive. Shops a few km away, including the Bel Air brewery that I recommend 😀 All in all it was a great stay in a great place, I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The house provided us with everything we needed! It was very cosy, nicely decorated and clean! All kinds of equipment to cook, basics such as coffee and milk and other snacks and drinks were also available upon our arrival, we felt so welcome! The message on the blackboard was heart-warming;-). There were all kinds of extras such as a whole collection of DVDs and books, toys for kids all ages, ... The pool was magnificent, just big enough for a refreshing dive or just having fun in the water. The garden was also very nice, well equipped (and safe for kids!), the patio next to the barn very cosy and relaxing! Last but not least, I would like to give a special thanks to Lesley, the lovely house keeper, who provided us with everything we needed (and quickly!), she made us feel very welcome. A beautiful castle that has retained its authenticity. Some may find the "hunting trophies" decoration a little too much. Nevertheless, they are only in passageways and not in the rooms, which is absolutely not disturbing. The exteriors are superb, with a big crush on the pool area where we spent half of the stay.

Thank you for a very relaxing stay. We found the gîte to be exactly as described, with all the amenities needed. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed exploring for the few days we were here. Peaceful and pretty area.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a surprise gift for my partner's 30th birthday. Jean-Michel was lovely, responsive and helped us with any queries we had really quickly. It's such a beautiful home and we were sad to leave! Would recommend 100% and hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you 😊

We had a fun time at La Mignonne. The place is very quiet, with several walks / hikes nearby. Nature is very beautiful. The small house was very nice, with the ideal size for 2.

Evening arrival, good explanation from our host. We were just passing through so we didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings. We had a good quiet night for 4 and the space is big enough for everyone. I recommend it.
