What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Die Unterkunft von Caroline und Emmanuel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Besonders gefallen hat uns Nähe zum Strand und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Man merkt, dass Caroline und Emmanuel Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement etait tres bien et avec le jacuzzi c etait encore mieux. La communication avec lucie etait parfaite . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons été ravis de profiter une seconde fois de la maison landaise d'Éric. Nous y avons retrouvé cet environnement paisible et propice à la détente qui nous avait tant plu la première fois. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir recroiser Eric que nous remercions pour son hospitalité.

This lovely cottage has been in this family since 1896. It was lovingly restored to keep the old wine-country feel but add every modern amenity. It is extremely clean, well provisioned, and very comfortable. It is also very secure, not isolated, and very quiet. A few kms up the road is our favorite village in all of France, Saint-Emilion, with literally dozens of name vineyards/wineries closeby. Pomerol is next door as well. One of the very best rentals ever - and we have done dozens. We will be back. We love this cottage.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft, die eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge rund um das Becken von Arcachon ist. Allerdings ist für weitere Ausflüge aus unserer Sicht ein Auto notwendig. Einziges Manko: das Bad und damit die Toilette sind nur durch einen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt.

Marie Claire et Philippe très agréables et vous donnent de bons conseils, et pour finir très belle region👌🏻 allez chez ce charmant couple vous ne le regretterez pas

lovely apartment in a great location, probably about 5 minutes walk to cathedral square. mattress was comfortable which stood out. slept really well. had a tv and comfortable couch too to unwind after a long day touring. I would definitely rent again in the future.

Je suis venue pour une semaine de conférence à l'inrae, et il a été très facile de rejoindre la gare ou l'inrae avec les transports en commun. Le logement se situe dans un endroit calme et est conforme aux descriptions. Malgré la vague de chaleur, le logement est resté relativement "frais" , notamment grâce à la présence de volets. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung, ist umfassend eingerichtet, etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos ersichtlich, ruhig gelegen, ein sehr schöner Balkon. Bis zum Zentrum sind es allerdings 2,3 km zu laufen. Der Weg am Wasser entlang ist kurzweilig. Patrik war sehr freundlich, flexibel hinsichtlich Check in und . gab uns gute Tipps. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank nochmals .

Super séjour. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple, avec un enfant. La literie est confortable, il y’a tout ou presque pour passer une belle semaine. Salle de bain relaxante, petit balcon parfait pour y prendre les repas. Place de parking privée mais j’avoue nous avons eu de la chance que l’immeuble soit quasi désert, l’accès à la place avec une grosse voiture peut être compliquée. L’emplacement est idéal, une 20aine de min à pied du centre Nous commençons à organiser les vacances de l’année prochaine et nous avons déjà trouvé notre Airbnb Le départ se fait de manière autonome, après avoir rendu l’appartement comme à notre arrivé : parfait !

Appartement très bien situé (sur la plage et à proximité du centre ville à vélo), bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon qui est agréable (et parfaitement orienté pour profiter du coucher de soleil). La place de parking et les vélos sont très appréciables. Notre hôte était très réactif et nous avons été accueilli par ses parents qui étaient charmants et serviables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Julien a pris le soin de préparer et de nous adresser, préalablement à notre arrivée, un guide très complet et bien fait pour une arrivée en autonomie. La vue directe sur le bassin et le lieu paisible on fait toute la différence pour ce très agréable séjour.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

Die Unterkunft ist super. Das Bett war bequem und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in der Unterkunft und hatten quasi keine Nachbarn! Gaëlle ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Gelegenheiten direkt kümmert und immer schnell antwortet. Das Meer ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der See (Plage du Moutchic) ist auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Apartment befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wenn man einen Tag nach Bordeaux möchte, kann man super zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Marie Curie laufen. Die Anlage, auf der sich das Apartment befindet, ist gepflegt und besitzt sogar einen Pool. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür verfügbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.
