A great stay at the lodge. It’s a great space, lots of room, tasteful decor, absolutely spotless too.The main living area & kitchen is light & airy with windows along the property, but is also secluded & private. It’s well stocked with everything we needed & an excellent tv in the living area.The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding & the bunks are a really good size. An excellent bathroom really adds to the lodge, it’s spacious and the shower is wonderful.There are so many thoughtful extra touches too, plenty of hooks on the doors for clothes, lots of storage space & room in the bathroom to keep everything handy.The village is lovely, a quaint & secluded wolds village with a lovely church & pub & many things to visit in the surrounding area.Katy & Leon were so relaxed & accommodating, we booked last minute due to circumstances changing last minute during the festive period and it made a huge difference to our Christmas We’d happily go back.A five star stay with five star hosts

We had a wonderful two night stay. Jody was a fantastic host, communicated quickly and was very detailed in her response with how to find the place and where we could eat locally. Lovely annex to her house, we sat outside and enjoyed the garden view. Lovely touch by having breakfast items, milk and bread left for us. Jody and her family were very friendly as was Billy the dog. Highly recommend and would use again if in area xx

This is the third time that we have stayed at Terra Cottage which should be a recommendation in itself. Terra Cottage is clean and tidy, had everything that you need for a peaceful and restful stay

Perfect place for what we wanted. Just had a one night flop and drop to break our journey. Very comfortable and well appointed with an amazingly comfortable bed! Very peaceful and especially cosy on a cold damp evening! Unfortunately the Sebastopol Inn wasn’t open on the night we stayed but we had a lovely meal at The Adam and Eve in Wragby. Wendy is very welcoming and great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.
