Absolutely loved my stay! The tiny home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Perfect for a peaceful escape. The host made everything easy and welcoming. Would 100% book again! Thank you again!

I stayed here for 2 months for work, and it was a great spot to call home. As someone completely new to LA, there was a slight learning curve on my part in terms of driving and getting used to the amount of people, but having a spot like Jay's helped feel like you got away from the "crazy". As a solo-female traveler, I never felt unsafe here. Had a window AC but also had nice windows to let cool air circulate. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals (I personally shopped at Ralph's instead of the closer Trader Joe's/CVS because Ralph's was more economical for me). They also stocked the Airbnb with extra paper towels and toilet paper which was a big thing for me! Jay was always responsive, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. I never really had any issues, but the couple times I did, he resolved them quickly. I love that the location is really close to everything (as he advertised it), too.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to because Carlos went above & beyond to take care of every detail of my stay. He was always there to answer any questions, his place was better then advertised, super comfy, clean & classy. I stayed for over 2 months & recommend anyone looking for a long stay choose Carlos he’s really a super host! If I could give him more then 5 stars I would, & can go on & on about how amazing he & my stay were. Going to miss century city & his apt. Don’t make the mistake & pass up his place you will regret it!

Enjoyed my one night stay at Matthew’s property with my boyfriend. Space was very clean and comfortable and Matthew was very responsive when the remote batteries died. Also ensured we had a lovely “Welcome” basket filled with treats. Some notes about the location: Super conveniently located — loved the 12 min drive to the Getty! Street parking is available but it is on windy road with very little shoulder and cars going fast. This is a busy road so car traffic can be heard from the property if the windows are open. We did not need any a/c when we visited in April, but could get hot in the summer months if no a/c unit is installed. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!
