Ideally located, two minute walk to all the good spots. At the crossroads of Graves and Sauternes, explore a part of the wine route and don't forget our unmissable Saturday morning market.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for a small family. Close to the vineyards, on the wine route in a very quiet area and the possibility of beautiful walks. Next to beautiful medieval towns to visit (Saint-Macaire, Bazas, Langoiran, Rions, Cadillac…) 25 min from Lake Hostens, the train to Bordeaux is 600 m from the house. And an hour from the beaches of the Basin.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.

Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
