Cute Airbnb perfect for a couples getaway weekend. Perfectly located close to numerous coffee shops, hikes, fishing and restaurants.

The place was exactly as described and the view was amazing. We had a great stay and plan on coming back in the future

Sweet guest cottage in the mountains. Theme decor is very welcoming and comfortable. Gives rustic chic vibes. Feels spacious. Sofa bed linens and mattress pad made for a v comfortable place to sleep. Two bathrooms and ample hot water and towels. Up a steep hill, choose the one minute longer route up Possum vs Sunset road and it is not as twisty and steep. Probably not a walk to town kind of place due to the hillside perch but close enough that you wont mind the quick drive. We saw deer, bunnies and a bear in the neighborhood. Thoughtful host, lots of nice little touches (S'MORES!!!!).

This was easily one of my most favorite vacations of all time. The tranquility and the peace that Nancy is beautiful property provided will be a memory that I will always cherish with my kids. Outside of the property, we were fortunate enough to take a pottery lesson with her and my daughter mentioned several times to me how this was one of her favorites experiences with me. In addition, they were kind enough to share an opportunity to hike down to their private land in the gorge gorge for a peaceful and fun Saturday afternoon. What an adventure it was and well worth it. overall, we will definitely be looking at coming back and absolutely be sharing this magical place with friends and family.

This place was wonderful. The open kitchen and living room concept made cooking social and fun. There was tons of land for my dog to run around. Overall, it was a very wholesome trip. Thank you, Connie for your wonderful home.

This cozy cottage is perfect for any getaway! Just a drive away to popular towns or a perfect place to just relax, listen to the breeze and enjoy the porches!

We had a short but great visit! The house was just as described. Everything we needed was there! Loved the scenery, and the cows were an added bonus! My daughter loved the pirate ship play area. We hope to be back again this fall!

I stayed here for three months as I was looking for a place to relocate and I absolutely loved my stay here! It is a beautiful location, where you can see the lake and so much access to many hiking trails. The Airbnb is adorable and both my dog and I felt right at home. David was an incredible host and was super proactive to seeing what I needed or ways to make my stay better. The day I came was a huge snow storm and I mentioned how my car doesn’t drive well in the snow and he came and completely cleared my parking spot. There was an also a time I had car troubles and he was able to give his trusty mechanic’s number. David went above and beyond in my stay there even offered to grab things while they were closer in town. Some things to be mindful of is the location is a on a busy road and cell service is not great in the area so if you are looking to unplug this is perfect! I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to all my family visiting!

Our entire experience was amazing. Darren was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a lot of things for the whole family. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Darren went above and beyond.

Our family had the best time. This trip was one of, if not the best vacations we have ever had. That is in large part thanks to our hosts and their beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute, from booking to checkout. We would visit here again.

I loved every second of my stay at the Creekside Cottage. It was so cozy & homey. It was so easy to relax and feel right at home. Robert did an amazing job at maintaining the home and providing everything a guest could need. I will definitely be back and I strongly recommend this stay to everyone!

We just spent a couple of days at The Creek House for my girlfriend's birthday, and we didn't want to leave. Jindra really made us feel right at home. She even put up a big happy birthday banner for my girlfriend. She gave us a very detailed list on local restaurants and stores and things to do. They have such a beautiful home and property. We highly recommend staying there. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to stay there again one day. Thanks again Jindra.

Perfect Location Out In The Quiet But Close To Everything In Town, Saw Deer Walking Through The Yard Every Evening That Was Very Awesome. Property Was Extremely Clean And Roomy. The Back Deck Was Amazing Over The Water. It Is A Must Stay When Your In Town. We Give The Host A+++

That was a truly amazing stay!! Everything is perfect - house, location, mountains, air.. House is quite big, cozy, comfortable, private and has its unique atmosphere. Some antique items like radio, record-player etc make this home really special. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need even for a long stay. The house also has a gym room, sauna, so you can do your fitness routine even when traveling. Location is good - it's very private, and you have only few neighbor houses nearby. At the same time, it's not far from town - it's about 10min drive to Boone, and ~25min to Blowing Rock, where you can enjoy great restaurants and mountains views. Kristen is really great host, and she will make you feel like at home. We arrived at Xmas time during the snow season, so delivery services were not available for few days, so Kristen even delivered us some products for few days, which was really appreciated!! Generally everything was amazing, and we would love to come again!!

Great little place right near a river in Roan Mountain, quiet and peaceful but not too far off the main road. Clean, and well maintained little cabin. Highly recommend!!

Went to enjoy the river and relax. It met all expectations. It’s a peaceful place right on the river. A lot of wildlife in the area…deer, wild turkey, hawks, geese, ducks, fireflies. Very easy access for fishing and the river has plenty of trout. Adjacent to laurel creek waterfalls which was a simple hike and good swimming holes. Very clean and welcoming and had all the amenities we needed. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect very quiet and peaceful. We were here to attend the nascar races in Bristol. We were highly sastified how easy it was to go back and forth to the track. We enjoyed exploring the historic town of Elizabethton. Erol was a great host. His communication as well as his accomodations were outstanding. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful warmth and loving atmosphere. I can't say enough.

From the very beginning, they did a terrific job being in frequent touch and snticipating our needs, including current directions despite the damage from Helene. The cabin was beautiful with a gorgeous view, and easy access to a restaurant across the street which included a $50 gift certificate! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the amazing mountains of North Carolina!
