Patrizia's accommodation was really perfect, it is bigger than it looks in the photos and it is extremely well equipped. You'll find everything you need there. Patrizia lives in the house next door and was very welcoming to us. The location is peaceful and the little sound of the river water was very pleasant, we would have liked to have stayed longer if we could!

Luca and his family were extremely friendly, proactive and super helpful for recommendations! their property on top of a mountain close to the lago maggiore is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views on the lake! they take care of a lot of animals like dogs, cats, rabbits and even a donkey and a goat, which we found super sweet and which made the stay unforgettable. They also served breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price, which we didn’t expect, and which exceeded our expectations! all in all, our stay at Luca‘s place was very beautiful and we can definitely recommend it to couples, who are looking for a quiet and charming place in nature!

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.

Truly a place and great people. Both the house and the garden is wonderful, well kept and very clean. The facilities are very new and well equipped and tidy. The other important part was the hosts Paolo and Daniele, they explained the house and the setting. His contributions on the territory in were very helpful for sightseeing. With her kind explanations we learned very interesting customs and facts from the area, the orchard and the animals. Everything is meant to pass a quiet stay and with respect towards animals. The place is really like in the photos. Even in the dark, the apartment on the first floor, thanks to the good directions at check-in, was really easy to find. The bathroom is small, but chic and quickly ventilated thanks to the small window. The kitchen is small but nice and even had sharp knives and good pans/pots. The main room with the bed with a view was of course the highlight next to the balcony. There you can marvel at fantastic sunsets. The balcony was in the shade during the day and so you could stay there comfortably. The parking lot was easy to find at the end of the street after mastering the sporty street typical of Lago Maggiore. The shared pool was pleasantly large for cooling off.
