Monthly Rentals in Beaverdam

Had a great stay, lots to do in the area & only about 15 min from downtown Asheville! Also hard to beat the view.

Supporting local farms and businesses is a top priority for me and this place was so awesome to make that a reality. The people working the land were friendly and helpful. Stayed close to the creek and other than farm noise In the morning it was very quiet. Would absolutely stay again when back in western North Carolina.

I had a great stay at Timo's! It was a comfortable space and the kitchen had everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient for my month stay. Communication with Timo was always easy and timely. During the first week of my stay when the boil water advisory in Asheville was still in effect, Timo dropped off bottled and well water which was very helpful.

Cozy spot with easy access to downtown or River Arts + West Asheville. Very comfortable bed, and the climate control was great even on freezing January nights. Plenty to do in walk/Lyft distance now that the damage from hurricane Helene has been mitigated--and I'm super grateful to the understanding hosts for their coordination of a repair to some damage that I myself inadvertently caused!! 😳
