I loved this Airbnb so much that I ended up staying for 5 months! Kate has been such a wonderful host and I have enjoyed getting to know her. When I first moved to the area I chose this Airbnb and I am so happy I did. It was a great beginning to a new season for me in a new city. I found myself sad to leave even though I have found a permanent place to live! The space itself is cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to lots of amenities. It is easy to get to anywhere in the Dayton area. Getting to know Kate in my five months living in this Airbnb has truly been a pleasure. She is extremely responsive, took care of any issues promptly, and I always felt like I was at home. The space is private and your own, but also having the ease of the host onsite is ideal. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, unique place to stay with a location that can't be beat and a consummate host. Thank you Kate, I will be forever grateful for this time & place!

The house was located in a nice-looking neighborhood. It felt safe. The price was very reasonable. The house had obviously been updated since it was built. It was clean. There was an ample supply of dishes in the kitchen. There were a couple small issues when we arrived with the volume not working on the TV and the hair blow dryer missing. The owner promptly responded to help resolve these issues. I believe those problems we came across were not due to the owner or quality of the place but rather with the previous renters that had stayed in the place. Overall if I come back to visit the area, I would like to stay in this house again.

Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.
