For the price, everything was great. It was comfortable, warm(which is important in winter) had plenty of kitchen extras(spices, oil, hot chocolate) Had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer stuff. Knowing it is practically in the middle of nowhere, it was nice to have all those things. It does have carpet everywhere but the bathroom, which is a little weird for a kitchen but it has rugs. I would suggest maybe some more mirrors, since there is only one bathroom, and an available vacuum. But would definitely recommend this cute little place if you want to get away or have someone you know in the neighboring towns.

We stayed at this cabin in early March. The cabin was beautiful and big! A lot of space for my family with a ton of amenities within the home. The area is quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed the hot tub the most! The cabin has almost everything you can think of, from a small waffle maker to robes for the hot tub! My husband and I stayed in the master room on the top floor, it has a private balcony and bathroom. The only thing I can note is that it’s the room with the least amount of privacy and a lot more likely to get woken up by friends or family in the morning because there is a decorative hole next to the door that leads to the loft and living room. The large upper deck off the main floor offers stunning views of the mountains and sunsets. The cabin is close to the lower lodge, it was the perfect place to relax after snowboarding all day.

We definitely found our favorite cabin… if you are looking for adventure and a beautiful place to create memories with your family this is the place… just make sure you have 4wd/chains/cables during the winter… and I recommend getting the address in google maps… we connected to eagle point’s Wi-Fi to have google maps on, use the juniper road! Sarah is an amazing host, we can’t wait to come back (this was our second time staying here) and we will explore the area on the summer as well!!!

The cabin is lovely. Great kitchen, cozy, and open. My family and I had an awesome time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Dan is great on communication and was very accommodating. The hot tub does not work, that was our only concern. Additionally, I don't think the cabin is ski in/ski out. Maybe I am unfamiliar with the mountain (This was my first time to Eagle Point) but we got to the mountain by walking up the driveway, down the road, a little up the main road and down the parking lot to get to the lodge and chairlifts. Thank you Dan for being a great host though!

we loved our stay at the ladder Haus. we loved that the ski slope is right out the back door. A perfect ski in ski out! we loved the cabin feel and the space to sleep our group.

We had an amazing stay! Liesha was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything easy from start to finish. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—we cooked all our meals and never lacked a single necessity. There were plenty of pot holders, towels, kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, and dishes, making cooking a breeze. The home itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were great, and there were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. We also loved the selection of family games, all in great condition, which made for fun evenings together. The location was absolutely PERFECT! Snowboarding out to the lifts at Canyon Side Lodge was incredibly convenient, and the best part was snowboarding home from Skyline Lodge via the Tunnel Vision run. Our three teen boys LOVED the freedom of coming back for lunch or a break whenever they wanted! The shuttle is also super convenient! This home made our trip stress-free and unforgettable. We can't wait to stay here again!

This place was very spectacular and homey. The interior design made it feel like I was on vacation, and really set the tone for my stay in Beaver. The house sits atop a beautiful mountainous location with horses and a golf course within view of the front yard. There was also a beautiful tree that was in full bloom that sits right in front of the house. Highly recommend visitors to this gem.

We booked both the upstairs and downstairs units, and the place was absolutely beautiful—honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice, especially when it comes to the size. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out comfortably, and everything was well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. The ski-in/ski-out access made our trip incredibly convenient, allowing us to maximize our time on the slopes. And to top it off, Jon was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless and relaxing ski getaway!
