Apartment vacation rentals in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

This little apartment was perfect for my stay in the South of France! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, which I loved. The train station is SO close and you can reach any city on the coast you want from that station (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia, etc.) There is also a little supermarket just a block away, which is super convenient! While the street was a little noisy at times, it didn’t bother me. The apartment was clean and safe. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place looks just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view is really spectacular. The only thing to note is all business are a 10-15 min walk away, there is nothing very close. But nonetheless I would stay again. One review mentioned a weird smell but I am have not noticed anything and I am very sensitive to odors. Marjorie was great to deal with :-)

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

We had a great time! The welcome was warm, Mélanie and Alexandre were very available and caring. The accommodation is perfectly as described: well arranged, very well equipped and perfectly located. Everything was together to have a good stay. A big thank you to Mélanie and Alexandre!

I mean…. WOW. This will be one of those places that forever will stay with us. The views and the location. Looks like a painting. There’s tons of things to do in the area. You walk out and it’s restaurants. The clock tower is kind of a small attraction in itself. The photos really is just as it looks. The only thing I wish was different was I wish the place had better linen/bedding. The primary bedroom is a bunk bed so we just stayed in the pull out couch. But the bedding on them looks a little dated. But that’s just a small detail. Everything else was amazing. The host was very responsive and also checked in on us but never overwhelmingly. Would recommend this place to others. Us others have said tho pack light because it’s a lot of stairs! but well worth it!!

Sonia's home was perfect for our south of France vacation! We appreciated how communicative she was especially with our variable arrival time as a result of train delays. The home was cozy and we appreciated how heating was available during the colder off season. Please note that you will need to bring your own amenities and toiletries. The location was super convenient to the train station and that made our adventures extremely easy. Thank you Sonia for hosting us in your lovely home!

It’s a great apartment with 3 perfect bedrooms. The kitchen is comfortable and modern, the terraces are available on all sides, the living space is clean and contiguous with the kitchen and dining area. This is our second visit and intend to rent again next September.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and boasts amazing views across the bay and the town. Indoors we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom went straight onto the outside space. A great way to start the day admiring the scenery drinking a coffee. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable with a big range of entertainment options should you need it. The walk to the centre takes about 20 minutes on foot if you choose not to rent a car. If you are on foot and want to get some groceries try the Casino store which is about 5 minutes away down the steps. Julien was an excellent host, what we particularly loved was being left to do our own thing all the while knowing that if we did need anything Julien was on hand. We had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something special on your visit to Vilefranche su mer.

Wow, Villefranche exceeded my expectations as did Ilia’s hospitality! The apartment is clean and beautiful, with stunning views throughout. Ilja gave us many helpful tips so we felt right at home in Villefranche. We walked everywhere, and Ubers were easy to call if our feet were too tired. The restaurants, waterfront, and exploring is excellent! We didn’t want to stay in busy Nice, and are so so glad we chose Villefranche! We hope to return!!

Great location…quiet but so close to everything (restaurants, market, train station, grocery, pharmacy, beach, bus stop). It was a great base that allowed us to explore from Nice to Monaco. The home had ample clothes storage, allowing us to completely unpack and settle in. Having access to both a washer and separate dryer was a bonus! Nina was a generous host. We appreciated her referral for a transfer service from the airport as well as her flexibility at check in. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the Appartement was very enjoyable. The pleasant atmosphere and surroundings immediately made it possible to switch into holiday mode. The large terrace and spectacular views were an additional advantage. The location of the property is top. Right in the town centre but still in a quiet side street. We very much look forward to returning again.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph’s place. It is clean, quiet, practical, and offers a spectacular view of sea! It is very convenient to go to all the various parts of the Côte d’Azur. Julien is very responsive and Joseph is very friendly and helpful. Joseph was very kind to go out of his way to give us a ride home once even. I highly recommend Joseph’s place to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in the riviera.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location and it is modern, clean, and spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

We spent the whole of April in Shane & Melanie’s lovely apartment, it couldn’t have been better. The apartment is well maintained, comfortably furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything we could possibly need. An added bonus is the location - within walking distance to the train station, bus stops and a very well stocked supermarket. We spent a couple of days driving down through France, but once in Beaulieu hardly used the car . All in all we had a fabulous time exploring beautiful Beaulieu and the Cote d’Azur. Thank you again for a lovely time.

Lucas is an excellent and very professional Host. He is always organized, ready to respond to any question or issue, and quickly provides the necessary information and help. He is always courteous in his communications and extremely respectful. He works very hard and is very good at Hosting. 5 stars!

Lovely place with stunning view. Christophe was very helpful, anticipating our needs. Villefranche-sur-mer is a quaint little town with lovely little restaurants. The house is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. A bit of traffic noise from the nearby street. A great stay! Thank you Christophe.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

My husband and I knew we wanted to stay In Villafranche with a view of the water as we day tripped the region. Astrid’s place did not have reviews yet and we were concerned but saw the view, apartment and Cindy their agent was so quick to respond, we booked it. We just left after a magnificent week with a sad heart. The location in Villafranche is to perfection, only a few steps up from the street to the most spectacular view in a truly modern but warm apartment. The shower was amazing, the large bed very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities one would need. We made coffee each morning, coffee pods/grounds were supplied. We picked up a fresh chocolate croissant at the local market and sat on this out of a movie terrace staring at the calmness of the bay filled with yachts, boats, the beach and local swimmers, pure magic! This apartment has its own back entrance to the Villafranche train making it so easy to travel everywhere. Wonderful town, restaurants, people. BOOK IT!!!

I would recommend Marie’s place for those who want to visit the vicinity of Nice.

We had an unforgettable stay at this apartment in Beaulier Sur Mer! Honestly its one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking, probably the best we have ever seen while renting a place. We loved having a glass of wine at the bar counter on the balcony, just taking it all in. The apartment itself felt so cozy and homey. Having two separate bathrooms was a huge plus. Waking up to mountain views from the bedroom and enjoying the sea view from the balcony was just perfect. It is hard to imagine anything better. I rarely leave reviews but this place truly deserves it. Thank you so much for making our stay so special and thank you for leaving us a wine. We would love to come back one day!

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s villa in Cap-d’Ail. The home is exactly as pictured. The views over the Mediterranean are awesome, and the outdoor space made it hard to leave the property at all. Mornings on the terrace and evenings with a glass of wine were a great. Corinne was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She clearly cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail of the home and her communication. The location is ideal — a short drive or walk to Monaco, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!
