Apartment vacation rentals in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

This little apartment was perfect for my stay in the South of France! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, which I loved. The train station is SO close and you can reach any city on the coast you want from that station (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Ventimiglia, etc.) There is also a little supermarket just a block away, which is super convenient! While the street was a little noisy at times, it didn’t bother me. The apartment was clean and safe. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place looks just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view is really spectacular. The only thing to note is all business are a 10-15 min walk away, there is nothing very close. But nonetheless I would stay again. One review mentioned a weird smell but I am have not noticed anything and I am very sensitive to odors. Marjorie was great to deal with :-)

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great location…quiet but so close to everything (restaurants, market, train station, grocery, pharmacy, beach, bus stop). It was a great base that allowed us to explore from Nice to Monaco. The home had ample clothes storage, allowing us to completely unpack and settle in. Having access to both a washer and separate dryer was a bonus! Nina was a generous host. We appreciated her referral for a transfer service from the airport as well as her flexibility at check in. We would definitely stay there again!

Our recent 4 day stay was our second visit to Beaulieu-sur-Mer, as we loved our first 7 day stay, back in August 2023, so much we decided to return. It was our first time using an Airbnb and I would highly recommend it. Fox Keys and our host communicated clearly, promptly, were very accommodating and very helpful. The apartment was as described, with the added bonus of being located within a quite and respectful, residential area. Additionally, the apartments location gave us a beautiful sea view, which was fantastic to wake up to each morning, (even before you've stepped out of bed). Just amazing. Thank you so much to Cindy, our host, for being so attentive and supportive. xx

I mean…. WOW. This will be one of those places that forever will stay with us. The views and the location. Looks like a painting. There’s tons of things to do in the area. You walk out and it’s restaurants. The clock tower is kind of a small attraction in itself. The photos really is just as it looks. The only thing I wish was different was I wish the place had better linen/bedding. The primary bedroom is a bunk bed so we just stayed in the pull out couch. But the bedding on them looks a little dated. But that’s just a small detail. Everything else was amazing. The host was very responsive and also checked in on us but never overwhelmingly. Would recommend this place to others. Us others have said tho pack light because it’s a lot of stairs! but well worth it!!

It’s a great apartment with 3 perfect bedrooms. The kitchen is comfortable and modern, the terraces are available on all sides, the living space is clean and contiguous with the kitchen and dining area. This is our second visit and intend to rent again next September.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Wow, Villefranche exceeded my expectations as did Ilia’s hospitality! The apartment is clean and beautiful, with stunning views throughout. Ilja gave us many helpful tips so we felt right at home in Villefranche. We walked everywhere, and Ubers were easy to call if our feet were too tired. The restaurants, waterfront, and exploring is excellent! We didn’t want to stay in busy Nice, and are so so glad we chose Villefranche! We hope to return!!

Pase una semana en el Studio y me sentí súper cómodo. Cuando llegué estaba provisto de todas las cosas básicas de cocina y baño que necesitas. Tiene un balcón súper agradable. El sillón cama resultó sorprendentemente cómodo y práctico. El aire acondicionado también fue bienvenido. La atención de los anfitriones, principalmente Pauline, fue excelente, siempre pendientes, con mucha flexibilidad y excelente predisposición. Realmente hacen la diferencia (extendí la visita, cambié horario de check out, etc). La ubicación es espectacular, cerca de la playa, el supermercado, la estación de tren, el acceso a Cap Ferrat.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'accueil était chaleureux, Mélanie et Alexandre ont été très disponibles et attentionnés. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description : bien agencé, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. Tout était réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Un grand merci à Mélanie et Alexandre !

Sonia's home was perfect for our south of France vacation! We appreciated how communicative she was especially with our variable arrival time as a result of train delays. The home was cozy and we appreciated how heating was available during the colder off season. Please note that you will need to bring your own amenities and toiletries. The location was super convenient to the train station and that made our adventures extremely easy. Thank you Sonia for hosting us in your lovely home!

Jag hade en väldigt fin vistelse och blev vänligt emottagen. Lägenheten är fridfull och ligger på nära avstånd till allt: tåg, strand och service. Jag uppskattade särskilt omsorgen om de små detaljerna som att det fanns kaffe och mjölk när jag kom. Jag rekommenderar varmt att bo här!

Diese Wohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich attraktiv. Man sitzt gerne auf dem großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und Cap Ferrat. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr gut geschnitten und sehr gepflegt. Joseph ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Vom ersten Augenblick an hat man gemerkt, dass es ihm am Herzen liegt, dass die Gäste sich willkommen fühlen und dass es ihnen an nichts fehlt. Es waren wunderschöne Tage für uns.

We stayed at Dinara’s for 10 nights and will absolutely stay again during our next visit to beautiful Beaulieu!She was very responsive to our questions before and during the trip. She also provided great recommendations on what to do. We felt very welcome with a nice bottle of rose and some bottles of water when we arrived. The apartment was wonderful. It was very spacious with a super comfortable bed and pillows, blackout shutters, and ac. Plenty of closet space/hangers/drawers. The shower has great water pressure. We enjoyed breakfast or some evening wine on the patio. The location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach, train station, Provençal market, and supermarket. We enjoyed walking to the delicious restaurants in town as well as some neighboring towns like Villefranche or Saint Jean Cap Ferat. We fell in love with Beaulieu! It is stunning and has more of a low key local feel. It was very easy to explore the stunning area by train as well as by car. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely apartment in a private part of Villefranche. Delia was very quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful balcony with port views. Could sit there for hours! Nothing against the property or owner but would suggest either having a car or using taxis as very hilly with suitcases to walk. Would definitely recommend!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and boasts amazing views across the bay and the town. Indoors we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom went straight onto the outside space. A great way to start the day admiring the scenery drinking a coffee. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable with a big range of entertainment options should you need it. The walk to the centre takes about 20 minutes on foot if you choose not to rent a car. If you are on foot and want to get some groceries try the Casino store which is about 5 minutes away down the steps. Julien was an excellent host, what we particularly loved was being left to do our own thing all the while knowing that if we did need anything Julien was on hand. We had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something special on your visit to Vilefranche su mer.

Our stay at the Appartement was very enjoyable. The pleasant atmosphere and surroundings immediately made it possible to switch into holiday mode. The large terrace and spectacular views were an additional advantage. The location of the property is top. Right in the town centre but still in a quiet side street. We very much look forward to returning again.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

We had a most enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location and it is modern, clean, and spacious. I would gladly stay here again.
