Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Welcome to Green Mountain Cottage! Your own cozy and private guest suite, located 9 minutes to Red Rocks! Nestled right next to the foothills providing easy access for fall mountain drives & ski adventures. Loveland is a 45 minute drive, Breck, Keystone, Abasin & Copper are just over an hour! Plus, explore Downtown Denver in 20 minutes. Guest suite is an attached duplex above the garage in host's house. The guest suite has a private entrance with new tile shower, flooring, deck, and appliances.

Come and go as you please through our keypad entry system that allows you contactless entry day and night. Go enjoy some BBQ or a CO craft brew down the road. This is the perfect location for your Colorado experience.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
