The apartment is spacious, measuring 70 m2 and consisting of a living room, kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room to increase the number of guests. An extra single bed can be rented. This apartment is unique and ideal for enjoying and relaxing during your vacation. It is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center of Los Cristianos, and 5 minutes from the Port of Los Cristianos and the surrounding beaches. In the area, you will find several shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the promenade for a relaxing stroll, visiting the various beaches, or going for a workout. The apartment is fully equipped with a SMART TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, portable fans, bath and beach towels, and a hairdryer. It has a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can eat and relax, sunbathe, read, and enjoy the views with your partner, family, or friends. Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Sur la plage

Très rare: appartement avec accès direct à la plage, place de parking, 3 pièces, 70m², piscine d'eau de mer, grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer dans une petite résidence d'un étage calme et sécurisée. La plage de sable est très propre et équipée de douches. Il a été rénové en 2022 et est très équipé: machine à laver le linge, la vaisselle et un four. Il est extrêmement bien situé entre Los Christianos et Las Americas avec des magasins d'alimentation, restaurants et des bars accessibles à pieds.
