Amazing sea views Tenerife

Welcome to my Apartment! The property was completely refurbished in Summer 2017 from head to toe and there is plenty of unique decoration hanging on the walls.. (I'm a well known landscape photographer on the island). The 40" Smart TV has a huge load of premium channels from all European Countries and languages! For example: BBC, ITV Ch4, Sky Sports, ALL Football leagues, Kids, latest Movies and even Adult channels! (subject to availability). Nespresso machine too with Capsules.

A large tree provides shade over a pedestrian walkway, leading towards a beach in the distance. Umbrellas and people are visible along the sandy shoreline, creating a lively atmosphere. Outdoor seating arrangements are placed along the path, enhancing the inviting feel of the area.

Bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with a rain shower. A very quiet area.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has two bedrooms and a large terrace with ocean views. It has an elevator but will need to go up or down 9 steps. We are between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. We want tourism to come and visit the island and be quiet, so no noise should be made between 11pm and 7am. NO DRUNKEN TOURISM ACCEPTED. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA INSIDE OR ON THE TERRACE

We had the most wonderful 3 weeks in Tenerife you could ask for! The apartment delivers everything it promises! Roberto is a sensational host! He got an extra high chair and dishes for our 1 year old daughter! When we arrived, everything was nicely prepared and we were expecting chilled drinks and a gift for our daughter. Roberto provided us with great tips for the island and was always available for questions. We were lucky enough to meet him and his wife Astrid in person😊. We will definitely be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

7 adults 1 toddler ,amazing villa coped with all of us , really well equipped ,clothes horses when you do your washing, kitchen fantastic , fans for bedrooms, if you have toddler take travel baby gate ,quite a few stairs , there was travel cot too 😍 amazing location to beach and restaurants but far enough away to have peaceful sleep , I can't recommend this enough for large family 😍

We (2 adults + toddler) had a great stay at Svetlana's apartment. Everything was very clean and exactly as described on the website. The kitchen was well and sufficiently equipped. We were also able to borrow beach towels and a beach umbrella - which was very convenient. We were also allowed to use a washing machine free of charge. Communication with Svetlana went smoothly and she responded to messages immediately. We enjoyed the location (central yet quiet). We can only recommend the apartment!

The property was very modern and immaculately clean. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with lovely outdoor pool. There is a lift in the building with wheelchair access. It's only drawback is it on a hill but we didn't find this a problem. We had a wonderful time here.

I had a fantastic stay at Dorijan's apartment. The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the ocean and the port. The location is excellent, with a grocery store just around the corner, and both the beach and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Communication with Dorijan was smooth and prompt, and the instructions for finding the apartment were clear and very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!
